- Custom made band.it's (unless there's a defect or sizing issue).
Are there any charges for return?
- There is no charges for return.
- You are not responsible for return shipping charges.
- If an exchange is requested, we will mail a new band.it for free.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines and the provided shipping label.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- If an exchange was requested, please allow 1-3 business days for your exchange to ship out.
