Are there any restocking fees for returns?
- There are no restocking fees for returns
- Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
How do I return?
- Enter your Order Number and Email Address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund or exchange?
- Once your return is received and checked by Quality Control, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the status of your refund.
- If you are approved for a refund, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
- If you are approved for an exchange, then it will be processed, and we will ship out your exchange item, within 10 business days.
