What items are returnable for replacement?
- PLAIN swimsuits only
- Within 7 days of receipt of your shipment
- In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging with hangtags
- Other products if proven damage upon delivery
Are there any charges for return?
- You are only responsible for return shipping charges
- Any other shipping fees incurred are non-refundable
How do I submit my return request?
- Enter your email address and order number in the fields above and click Start a Return.
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Wait for a confirmation email if your return has been approved or declined.
If my return has been approved, what to do next?
- You can drop off your return package at any of your preferred courier to ship back to our [HQ] Unicorn Land. Return address will be provided via email for approved returns.

How soon will I get my replacement?
