What items are returnable?
- Any item purchased online at regular price
- Returns must be processed within 14 days of receipt of your shipment
- Item(s) must be in original condition
- Item(s) must be unworn
- Item(s) are to be in the original packaging
What items are non-refundable?
- Items purchased on SALE or PROMOTION are a FINAL SALE. They're eligible for an excahnge of size only, but not a refund.
- Item(s) that have been worn, unless deemed defective, upon inspection by the support team at John David Shoes
- Free gifts or promotional items
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Complete the Return Form found in the shoe box with your original purchase
- Follow the screen instructions and select the item(s) you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 - 12 business days.
