What items are returnable?
- If you are not happy with an item, you may return it within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. The items must be in original condition, unworn and in original condition. Because custom and personalised products are made just for you, they are not returnable.
- Knots by CJ's One-Year Limited Warranty Covers the Following: stitching, all hardware (eyelets, hooks, buckles and ornaments), attachment of soles to upper and durability of outsole - will not prematurely deteriorate, crack or split under normal wearing conditions and quality of leather - inconsistencies resulting in premature wear patterns.
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items.
- Because custom and personalised products are made just for you, they are not returnable.
- The Following are NOT Covered under Knots by CJ's One-Year Limited Warranty: material failure caused by excessive wear, unreasonable use, exposure to caustic chemicals, extreme heat, alterations, or abnormal wear, stitching or hardware failure due to being caught, hooked, snagged or other abnormal wearing accidents, leather not properly treated to keep from drying out, separation of soles or sole components due to being caught, hooked, snagged or cut, normal wear on soles or heels due to individual wear patterns, or heavy wear and poor fit.
Are there any charges for return?
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return.
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund under our exchange policy and refund policy.
