Warranty Returns

  • If you are sending a product back for a warranty repair or replacement, please follow the return steps by adding your email and order number above. 
  • once we recieve your item we will have it checked and repaired/replacement asap and returned to you as fast as possible
  • If you can provide details of the fault, this will help speed up the process as the engineers can locate and resolve the problem quickly. 
  • We highly recommend leaving a contact number in the notes section, in case we need to get in touch or require more details regarding the repair

Are there any charges for return?

  • 25% restocking fee may apply 
  • Original shipping charge is non-refundable
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges


How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, usually within 10 - 15 business days.
