Order return

To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

Common Return Questions

What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging
  • including all the original tags, labels and other material that came with the item
  • If you received an giveaway with your item, like for example a coin purse, you will need to return that also.


What items are non-refundable?

  • Items that have been used
  • Items that your received more than 30 days ago
  • Items you didn't purchase directly from us


Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charges for return
  • We pay the return shipping charges* if you follow our instructions on how to return the item, pack it as instructed and return the items within 14 days from receiving the return shipping label.
  • You are always free to return the items also at your own expense. In this case you only need to follow regulations set up in your local remote selling laws.


How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping instructions and return shipping label
  • When DHL has picked up the package, please add your returns tracking number to your return request, so that you can keep tracking your package by receiving emails for shipment updates, and we will be aware when your return arrives.
  • You have 14 days to ship the return from the day you receive the return shipping label. If you return your item after these 14 days, we may reject your return.


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 7 business days.
  • *) In areas classified by DHL as remote areas, we are unable to provide you with and free return shipping label. You will need to send and pay your return by yourself. If your order arrived by post or GLS, you are in an remote area.
