- Items within 15 days of date shipped for RETURNS and within 30 days of date shipped for EXCHANGES
- In original condition with tags and labels
- Unwashed and Unworn
- In the original packaging
What items are non-refundable?
- All sales items, swimsuits, bodysuits, jewelry & accessories are final sale.
Are there any charges for returns?
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Returns will be processed within 3-4 days
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Please allow 5-7 days for your banking institution to process the refund to your account. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks for your banking institution to process the refund to your account
