How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- We will notify you the approval or rejection of your return within 5 business days.
- Once it is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
- DO NOT SHIP THE RETURNED ITEM UNLESS IT HAS BEEN REPORTED AND APPROVED.
How long does it take to process?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then a store credit will be added to your account or a new item will be shipped to you within 5-7 business days.
