Order return

To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

What items are returnable?

  • Items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • Items in original condition with original packaging

What items are non-refundable?

  • Any used items or items without the original packaging
  • Any customized or altered items

 

 

How do I submit a return request?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and  applied to the original payment method within 2 business days.
