Items Returned Under Warranty?
- If your items are damaged or have materials or manufacturing defects upon receipt please report this to firstname.lastname@example.org with photographic evidence within 7 working days of delivery.
- These are eligable for return and either a full replacement or a refund.
Are there any charges for return?
- There is no charges for return
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
- If returned under warranty and once inspected and warranty claim approved you will be entitled to your shipping cost back as a refund to compensate for return shipping.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
