To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

What items are returnable?

  • Within 60 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • Unwashed and Unworn
  • In the original packaging


What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items


Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges. Australian customers can use our online return portal with Aus Post to print a discounted $12.65 flat-rate label.


How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines


How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If you are approved, then your store credit or refund will be processed, and a credit or refund will automatically be applied. 
  • Refunds are only applied back onto your original payment method if you item is defective or faulty. 
  • If you are returning an item for any other reason, you will be issued a Gift Card for shoeme.com.au to the value of your item. Gift cards have no expiry and are transferrable.
  • If you are returning an item for an exchange for a different size, we will automatically create a new order for your replacement item and you will be sent an email confirmation.
