To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

Common Return Questions

What items are returnable?

You may return any of our items within 30 days of receipt of your items, provided they are in original condition and have not been worn or washed. Don't worry if you just tried it on, we want to make sure it fits your pet just right. Keep in mind, items do have to be returned in original packaging.

Are there any charges for return?

Absolutely not. We never charge a restocking or return fee for merchandise that is returned in original condition. However, please note your original shipping fee is not refundable.

How do I return?

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click "Start a Return". From there, follow the on screen instructions and select the items you want to send back. Once we approve it on our end, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If there was a problem with your return, we will contact you as quick as we can to fix the issue. If the return is approved right away, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days.
