To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

What items are returnable?

  • Within 90 days of receipt of your shipment
  • In original condition
  • In the original packaging if applicable

 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items that have been used or installed

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • Choose to receive a 110% Store Credit (gift certificate delivered via email)
  • Choose a refund of the original amount less a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shipping fees are not refundable.

 

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above, then click Start a Return
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

 

Other Questions?

  • If you have lost or misplaced your invoice or packing slip, please include a note with your package that includes your name, address, and order number (if you have it). Be sure to include the name and address of the person that sent you the item if it was a gift.
  • Please note that all credit card order returns will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase. (Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement)
  • If the original payment was by check or money order, then your refund will be sent by check via USPS.
  • Please ensure that all items returned are in new condition.
  • If you refuse your package at delivery you will be subject to all return fees. The return fees to receive your package back as a refusal are more than our regular shipping fees. In some cases, especially Canadian and other international orders, the shipping costs can total more than the cost of the order. It is more cost-effective to accept the package, fill out the return information and ship it back to us, using your preferred shipping method.
