Detailed Returns/Exchange and Refund Terms
ullushop.com offers returns for items within 30 days of order received. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, we will assume that you found our product totally awesome and will keep it forever!, Then, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note – 1. Desk Mat, monogrammed cases, and all Alligator Leather Products will be considered as custom made order and cannot be canceled or returned once the order is placed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification mail with receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. After approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days. In the case of return on, shipping charge of the respective country will be deducted and the product amount will be refunded.
If you haven't received a refund that we have processed, contact your credit card company or the bank. It may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating your order number in the email’s subject line.
How do I return?

- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment, within 10 business days.
We only replace items that are defective or damaged within 10 days of shipment received at the recipient’s address. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at email@example.com and state your order number in the email’s subject line.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to your address, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received by us, we will email you a gift certificate. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the person who gifted the item had the order shipped to them, we will send a refund to that person.
You will receive the shipping details on email as soon as your return request is approoved.
Do not ship without RMA number, in such case returns will not be accepted.
You will need to bear the shipping costs for returning a purchased item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please ship using a tracking service and send us the tracking number. Depending on where you live, the time taken in processing the return or exchange may vary.
