To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.
Common Return Questions
What items are returnable?
You may return unused products for a full refund within 30 days of the receipt of your item.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unused and include their original packaging in order to receive a refund.
Are there any charges for return?
Ransom Holding Co. will not charge a restocking fee for any returned items however all return shipping costs must be covered by the customer. We highly recommend using a tracked return service that includes an adequete level of insurance.
How do I return an item?
To return an item please fill in your email address and order number in the boxes above. Your order reference number can be found on your order confirmation email and will begin 'RNSM-US' followed by a 4 digit number.
Once you have clicked 'Start A Return' just follow the instructions on screen, selecting the items you wish to return.
Once your return is approved you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for shipping.
Can I track my return?
In order to track your return you will need to ensure you choose a trackable service. Trackable services can provide you with proof of delivery to our warehouse. We recommend choosing a suitable trackable service for your return.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to process exchanges. As our stock levels are constantly changing we would recommend that a replacement order is made as soon as you return an item to ensure it does not sell out. Once your return has been received by our warehouse a refund will be processed.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once we have received your return it will be inspected by one of our customer service representatives. If your return is approved you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your refund.
If for any reason your return is rejected (for example due to an item being damaged or missing its original packaging) you will be contacted so that we can resolve the issue.
Once a refund has been processed it can take up to 10 days to appear back in your account depending on your card issuer. Most refunds are received within 5 working days.
