To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

Cut off dates for returns:
- Items purchased in store: 7 business days from date of purchase
- Items ordered online and collected in store: 7 business days from date of purchase
- Items ordered online and shipped with Australia Post: 7 business days from date of delivery
IF I RETURN AN ITEM, WILL I GET A STORE CREDIT OR A REFUND? Once a returned item has been received, you will receive a store credit (valid for 12 months), with the exception of faulty items, where a refund may be provided. We are unable to refund initial and return postage charges (with the exception of faulty items).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN? Once we have received a returned item, your store credit or refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
Please keep in mind; we are a vintage clothing store, which means the vast majority of the products we sell are in second hand condition. We endeavour to declare any distinct product faults (such as holes or marks), however it is safe to assume that most items will contain signs of general wash and wear.
Vintage Marketplace cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
