To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

How does it work?
- We want to help you succeed in your business!
- We understand that based on geographic regions, some products sell better than others.
- We will exchange any E-Liquids within the same vendor lineup. (I.E. 5x Fresh Baked from True Northern exchanged for 5x Flower Power from True Northern.
- We will cover the return shipping back to you!
What items are non-refundable?
- All E-Liquids and Coils are exchange only.
Are there any charges?
- There is no charges or restocking fees under the Product Exchange Program.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for return shipping charges.
How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my Exchange?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the return.
- If you are approved, we will send out the replacement products as promptly as possible. Products out of stock will be sent out on separate shipments.
