To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

a 7-Day Return Policy.
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Gift cards
- In-store purchased will not be accepted online.
- Items that have been used, worn or marked in any way.
- Not available for any International orders.
Are there any charges for return?
- There is no charges for return
- Items that have been opened from it original package and/or displayed will be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee per item returned for refund.
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges for non-damaged/non-defective items.
How do I return?
- Enter your numeric order number without the ORD # prefix and your ordered email address in the fields above and click Start a Return.
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
