To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

Common Return Questions

What items are returnable?

  • Items that are within our 7-day policy. This means that we will only accept return if the item is returned within 7 days from the receipt of it. Anything beyond 7 days from receipt date is not returnable.
  • Items that have factory defects.
  • Incorrect items received.
  • Items should be complete and unused, and the packaging should be undamaged. Accessories, parts & peripherals included in the package (if there'll be any) should still be in their original unused conditions.

Returned items can be:

  • Refunded (refer below for the refund policy)
  • Exchanged with another items (refer below for the exchange policy)

 

What items are non-refundable & non-exchangeable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Any item with obvious signs of use or has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges
  • If you arranged for an exchange of items, you are responsible for all shipping charges -- both for return of the exchanged items and shipping of the replacement items, except if the reason for exhange is due to incorrect item received

RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately return is not anymore allowed. You need to send back to us the items within 7 days from the date you received the item. We do not require though that we receive the items within 7 days or receipt. You need to be able to show proof that the items were sent to us in the 7-day period from the date you received it.

We have a fairly simple returns policy. Once you receive your order, and for any particular reason, you’d like to return part or all of your order, as long as it's still within our 7 days policy, you can simply send the items back to us for a refund as long as they meet the following conditions: Items should be complete and unused, and the packaging should be undamaged. Accessories, parts & peripherals included in the package (if there'll be any) should still be in their original unused conditions.

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email, text or chat to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when received. You need to be able to show us a proof (e.g. picture of the item) that the item was damaged as received and that it was not used yet. It's easy to tell if the item has already been used, because the plastic packaging is not anymore attached on the item. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying shipping charges for returning your item, unless the reason for return or exchange is due to our error/mistake or factory damage (damaged as received). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 1,000.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 


 

How do I return?

  • Read the Return Policy below this page. If your return meets the conditions we set to qualify for a return, proceed to the next step.
  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Indicate in the comment field on the Return Center if you are returning for refund or for exchange and some more details about the return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

How soon will I get my refund or exchange?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your exchange or refund will be processed. For refund, credit will automatically be applied on your original method of payment, within 10 business days.
