To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

What items are returnable?

  • Within 10 days of receipt of your shipment
  • Unused or in the same condition as when it was delivered.
  • In the original packaging!

 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Orders that have exceeded the 10 calender day time frame.
  • Custom made items 
  • Items on back order

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • 10% admin fee
  • Original shipping charge is non-refundable
  • you will be charged for the return shipping fee

all the above charges are waivered IF the item is delivered damaged.

 How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines if your return is approved.

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return has been submitted, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund. this may involve some investigations along the way.
  • If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, by month end or you can opt for a voucher code to purchase something else.
