To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

Common Return Questions

What is your return policy?

  • Returns are complimentary. But in the event when we're unable to book a reverse pick up from your PIN Code, you would have to send us the package back to us. In this case, we will refund the courier charges to you up to an amount of Rs. 150. 
  • All sunglasses & eyeglasses across our store are eligible for returns!
  • Returns will be accepted within 14 days after you receive your shipment
  • Please ensure that the product is in the original condition
  • There should be no scratches on the lenses
  • Request you to send it back in the original packaging


What items are non-refundable?

  • Customised Lenses (with power) for Sunglasses & Eyeglasses
  • Gift cards


Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charges for return!


How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines


How long would it take for you to receive the return?

  • This depends on your location, but should take anywhere between 3-7 days for us to receive your product at our business location. 



How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received it would take us 24 hours at a max to inspect it. After inspection, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 24-72 business hours.


How will my refund be processed?

  • In case of payments made by Credit or Debit cards, the refund will be processed to the same card. 
  • In case of Cash on Delivery payments, our team will get in touch with you post inspection to collect your preferred bank's details. Your refund would be processed to that account.
