Order return

To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

Common Return Questions

What items are returnable?

  • Items returned within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
  • Items in original 'as new' condition with no missing parts
  • Items in the original packaging with all tags/labels still attached (if applicable)

What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Items that have been altered in any way
  • Items that show signs of wear and tear or have had original tags/labels removed
  • Items without the original packaging

 
What are the return costs?

  • There is no admin charge for returning an item 
  • You are responsible for any return postage charges unless the item is damaged/faulty. In the case of damaged/faulty goods, we will refund the return postage costs

 

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click 'Start a Return'
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the item/s you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with posting guidelines

 

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days
