To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

Common Return Questions

Returning an item at SHEER couldn't be easier!

 

What items are returnable?

  • Items are purchased less than 21 days of receipt of your shipment
  • Items are not  WORN, ALTERED, OPENED or WASHED
  • Items are returned in original packaging with all tags and liners attached
  • Items with original receipt (For in-store purchase)
  • Underwear or items with underwear portion has been tried on over your own
  • For personal items (hosiery, underwear or adhesive product), the original packaging must be unopened and intact.
  • Items are full-priced, non-sale items.

 

What items are non-refundable?

  • Sale items
  • Free gifts or promotional items

 

Are there any charges for return?

  • There is no charges for local (Hong Kong) return if you use the SF Express form attached  in the shipment 
  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges ( out side of Hong Kong)

*ALL ITEMS FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE MUST HAVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER.

 

Return or Exchange In-Store

You may visit our boutique to make an exchange. Exchanges can be made for items with equal or greater value, or for store credit at Sheer.

You may visit our boutique to drop off your return items. We will process your return within 3 business days and notify you of the refund amount. Your refund will only be credited to the original payment method. Customs duties are non-refundable. Your refund cannot be credited to other payment methods at the boutique.

Sale items are final, and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
