To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

    All our products have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

    Items purchased within 30 days can be returned for a refund.

 

   What items are returnable?

  • Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment; Must include a valid original purchase order number from Yesgo.info. 
  • In original condition: Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
  • Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee.
  • Return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team. 
  •  Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.

 *Recommended: We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packaes to ensure your return is received. Yesgo Inc. is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery .

*Bundle Returns/Refunds: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase and the order will be refunded accordingly.

 

   What items are non-refundable?

  • Free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.

 

   Are there any charges for return?

  • Original shipping charges is non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

 

   How do I return?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

 

   How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
