Order return

To start your return, please enter the order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email, and the email address you provided during your purchase.

Common Return Questions

Can I make Returns?

  • Unfortunately we do not accept refunds, however we will gladly offer an exchange of size if you have changed your mind within 10 days of your purchase.
  • Kindly note, ZALIAH requests that have been customised to your requirements are for final sale.


Are there any fees involved?

  • You MUST include a pre-paid post satchel in with your returned item. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If your in the area you can come in-store and make an exchange in person. Please specify this in the exchange form. 


International Customers?

  • For international customers, ZALIAH allows the same policy to apply but we allow up to fourteen (14) days from date of delivery for all overseas returns.
  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer & we will send you a paypal invoice for $40 to return the new item to you.


I need to make a Exchange?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start a Return
  • Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your ZALIAH piece must be returned in its original, unworn condition and carefully repackaged in the original & protective packaging.


How soon will I get my exchange?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and your new item will be sent out, within 5 business days.
